  茲通知本行於2012年4月採用「保安編碼器」作為網上交易的雙重認證工具,以進一步加強網上交易安全及為您提供更大的保障。



  • 「保安編碼器」外型小巧,方便攜帶,簡單易用
  • 使用「保安編碼器」不需經流動短訊供應商接收短訊,更安全可靠
  • 客戶可自行設定登入網上銀行時是否需輸入「保安編碼器」顯示的一次性「保安編碼器」,讓您使用網上服務時加倍安心
  • 客戶於進行「指定交易」(例:登記第三者賬戶)時,須於「保安編碼器」上輸入是次交易的資料(如登記賬戶號碼),以便產生一次性「交易確認編碼」

  如您在過去6個月內曾於網上銀行進行「指定交易」,將在2012年6月起收到由本行按您之前已登記的通訊地址分階段寄出的「保安編碼器」。 若您需更新通訊地址,請登入中銀香港網上銀行,於「更改個人資料」項下更改,以確保您能盡快享用此項服務。 本行將於兩個工作天內透過手機短訊確認本行已更新您的個人資料。

  當您收到「保安編碼器」後,請盡快登入網上銀行,並按網上指示啟用「保安編碼器」。

  請注意,本行網上銀行將於2012年11月底起停用「手機短訊一次性密碼」。屆時客戶須使用「保安編碼器」進行「指定交易」。

Dear Valued Customer,

"Security Device" for BOCHK Internet Banking

Thank you for choosing BOCHK Internet Banking Service. Bank of China (Hong Kong) ("BOCHK") has been committed to providing you with quality and secure online banking service, allowing you to manage your personal finances and conduct transactions with ease.

Please be informed that from April 2012 onwards, the Bank adopts the "Security Device" as a two-factor authentication tool, in order to provide a higher degree of protection and security for your online transactions.



  • The "Security Device" is handy, portable and easy to use.
  • Customers are not required to receive mobile password via SMS provided by Mobile network operators.
  • Customers can choose to log onto the Internet Banking by entering a one-time Security Code generated by the "Security Device" to enjoy extra protection for banking online.
  • Customers are required to enter specific transaction information (e.g. registered account number) into the "Security Device" to generate a one- time Transaction Confirmation Code for Designated Transactions such as the registration of third-party account.

If you have performed Designated Transactions online within the past 6 months, you will receive the "Security Device" sent by the Bank in phases from June 2012 onwards by post to customers’ registered correspondence address in our records. To update your correspondence address, please log onto BOCHK Internet Banking and select the "Change Personal Information". The Bank will notify you of the update via SMS within two working days after receipt of your instruction.

Upon receipt of the "Security Device", please log onto the Internet Banking immediately and follow our online instructions to activate the "Security Device".

Please note that the Bank will stop using SMS-based One-time Password with effect from the end of November 2012. Therefore, customers are required to use the "Security Device" when performing Designated Transactions online.
